We provide Real Estate Virtual Tours for both "BUY OWNER" and Real Estate Agents, Infomercials for web/DVD presentation, athletic Event Filming and Highlight reels, and Video Keepsakes; i.e... Photo Montage or Photo Tributes. What kind of equipment do you have? Streaming Steve has the latest in Pro-Sumer video equipment. All productions are shot in High Definition to ensure the best web and DVD product output. Hollywood style lighting systems ensure a perfect shot every time. The post production process exhibits broadcast quality graphics, music and sound. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, Money Order, and Pay Pal. Do I need a deposit? Yes, a deposit is necessary to book a "shoot" date. This deposit amount is 50% of the anticipated total project cost. The remaining balance is due (10) days after services are rendered. Can I cancel my appointment? Yes, however you must notify Streaming Steve's (7) days in advanced of the original shoot date. Failure to provide a (7) day notice will result in a $50.00 fee to reschedule. Should you want to cancel entirely; the $50.00 fee will be deducted from the original appointment deposit and a refund issued. What if I want a "custom" video service not offered above? We are here to serve your needs. Please feel free to discuss custom video projects with our producer. What if I do not like my production? Streaming Steve's involves their clients in the entire production process. A consultation prior to shoot allows customers to identify their needs and wants. Clients are involved throughout the process maximizing the impact of their production while minimizing surprises. How long will it take to receive my final product? Streaming Steve's strives to expedite the editing and post production process. Production times vary based on the complexity of the project. Streaming Steve's goes through great length to ensure a high quality product. Product completion times will be addressed during the consultation and strictly adhered to.
